Hottie Wheels

Just when you thought it was safe to go back on the internet, we bring you this week’s Hottie Wheels, courtesy of Charlie Barnes at CBarnes Photography:

Pinup by Charlie Barnes Photography

Charlie was a former inmate at a “real job” before busting out as an independent photographer.  So far, he’s rocked the picture-taking world with his perfect lighting and excellent composition, not to mention his uncanny ability to bring true emotions from his models.

Here’s what he had to say about himself:

Charles Barnes is St. Louis-based photographer and opened cbarnesphotography in July 2007 to work with families, groups, individuals and businesses on their photography needs. Since then, Barnes has developed an expanding base of clients and his work has been published both locally and nationally.

There is an advertising industry joke that says that all advertising account executives are really just frustrated creatives. Whether this applies to Barnes or not is open for debate, but his background includes 8 years of NYC advertising experience on both the media and account management side with clients that have included Procter & Gamble, Upjohn, Pan American Airlines, Xerox and MCI. This experience has had a strong influence on how he views people, places and things with the camera and has resulted in a shooting style that tends to be more casual and editorial.
