When James Hildebrand came across this 1939 International, he had to build a hot rod out of it.  And after enduring the gauntlet of “yer doin’ it wrong” car shows with his perfectly restored Dodge musclecar, he needed to build this car in a different way-namely, his way.  The unique beast is now small-block Chevy powered, and rolls on wheels from a 1929 International.
