This Plymouth Road Runner by Ground Up Restorations Ltd. is a one-of-a-kind ride, and not just because of the fanciful paint and general lack of trim & chrome. Chip Foose took a shining to this car while he was in Winnipeg for the 2009 World of Wheels indoor car show bonanza. Chip even signed a fender!
