Dale Knox’s ’51 Mercury (named “Merphy the Mercury”) was a long time in the making, but well worth it. The turquoise machine started out as a Mercury M-100 (a Ford-based truck sold only in Canada), found rotting away in the bushes several years ago. With a little imagination (and a lot of oldskool lead body massaging) the truck came together in this work of art. Note how smoothly the body flows now, as opposed to the chunky original shapes of work trucks from that era.
