Pimp My Streetcar: Toronto Life magazine edition

When the Toronto Transit Commission asked the public to help them develop the city’s next streetcar (aka “The Vomit Comet”), freelance writer and Mt. Everest climber Karon Liu stepped up to the challenge with his rendition of what public transit should look like.

Although he’s not a gearhead at heart (just a really funny writer), Karon managed to get the true essence of the tuner community worked into the outside of the vehicle.  On the inside, however, it’s a disco party den with a middle-aged housewife’s touch.  We dig the combination of blacklights, leopard print seats, and disco ball.
